Danny Green V Paul Briggs

Pity the Danny Green V Paul Briggs boxing match set down for a couple of
weeks won’t be held here in Sydney.

I’m sure we would like to see the fight right here in Sydney Town and with
more paying spectators means more money in the bag for the fighters
but Paul has been ruled unfit to box by our NSW regulators so that’s that.

Boxers have a habit seeing it’s all they know in life they want that one
last fight even after they retire some because it’s the only way they think
they can make some extra money and others just need the limelight.
so we need regulators to step in and say no fight.

Will it stop the fight going ahead? probably only in New South Wales.
